| Our company was established in 1987 as a manufacturer of cameras. The product line includes digital cameras, underwater cameras, underwater flashlights, and car DVR. Our products are not only suitable for general markets but also for promotional uses. In order to exist in such a competitive market we moved our production department to mainland China, where labor and raw materials are cheaper. Our administrative and R&D departments are still located in Taiwan. Both sites have the same standard of efficiency and quality, and work harmoniously to produce goods that are delivered promptly to our clients. Sense of responsibility is first demanded from our staff. Once they know this, quality is guaranteed and efficiency is improved tremendously. This is also one of the factors as to why our customers orders are handled so efficiently.The fact that the operations are not in one location is not a hindrance but has served to be a challenge to us. We worked harder towards integration and streamlining and have made great achievements. Our designs must be stylish and our R&D team understands what the market needs. The model and packaging must be attractive to the customers, and they try their best to come out with creative items. Since the market is so competitive, cost control is very important to us. QC is also very important - if the product quality is high the company will do well. Developments are continuously sought to fulfill the preferences in product lines and designs in different markets. The goal is to expand our clientele in the global camera market place. Our clients are the frontline members of our team, and we strive to serve clients and end-consumers through superior product lines, quality and pricing. |

| • Site Advantages/Description Our factory is conveniently located near all the major transport centers. We are three hours away from the Hong Kong seaport, one hour away from the airport and highway and only 20 minutes from the railroad station. We also have an 1800 square meter warehouse to store our extra materials and products. • Materials/Components ABS and acrylic materials are sourced from Taiwan. 60% of electronic parts are sourced from Taiwan and the rest are from Japan. All parts meet safety requirement. • Machinery/Production Process Our factory has ten production lines, all of which are semi-automated. The production equipment are both locally-sourced and imported. We use different types of injection machines as well as paint machines for preparation. |
